Seeing your doctor for regular checkups is a critical component of a healthy lifestyle. This is probably the best tip you’ll ever get for staying fit and healthy. You cannot maintain a certain level of health and fitness without seeing your doctor at least once (though twice would be better) a year. It helps you keep track of your weight, your physical health and even your emotional health. It is also a great way to catch problems very early on and make sure they get taken care of before they get out of hand.
